Threadbeast sells cheap crap

Threadbeast sells cheap crap… you’d do better at TJ Maxx or Ross.
Their service is the WORST and they make it really hard to cancel.
Pro Tip: Use a single use credit card number (privacy.com, mysudo.com, Capital One) or a gift card so they can’t keep charging you.

At first I lovedddd the company and…

At first I lovedddd the company and what they sent. The amount of clothes and items included. Until I could no longer afford they convinced me to prolong canceling. Forgot again and basically had no choice but to pay. Recommend reading the fine print. The last package they can not return or anything because I canceled my subscription. Her I took a picture of what they sent me for 135$. Besides the teal hoodie in back not from them and one single underwear that isn’t even the size I signed up for.(message if you want the picture can’t figure out how to post

Not for me

First of all, my style preferences as specified in my profile were not taking in account. I was in fact given exactly what I mentioned I didn't like.
Quality seems a bit questionable; garments are thin and seem cheap. Sizes are also weird and inconsistent; one tshirt fits well another is too tight. Quantity is also a bit questionable. I was expected more for the $120 (about $150 CAD) I paid, especially since I had the coupon code for the extra $50 in bonus items. What I received was 2 thirts, one pair of pants, one shirt, one pair of socks and a jacket. Let's just say that the picture in the mail was misleading. As selection goes, I think the variety is okay, but I got a pair of pants I dont know when I'd wear. Granted, they are Hershel and are probably the reason why the remaining items seem so cheap, but the pants... I mean, I don't know when I'd where them. They're made of some sort of gore-tex textile that feels more like hiking gear than anything. Feels like a lost item to me. I was also expecting the selection to create an outfit. If it was indeed made and curated as a complete outfit, please tell your stylists that we're not all college dropouts playing World's of Warcraft from our parents' basement. I also had a hard time finding how to unsubscribe on your website, which isn't the best user experience .

ThreadBeast.com Vs The Salvation Army

I signed up for their 'Premium' plan on 01/12/2021
1. The shipping label was created on 01/15/2021 but the package was not available for pickup by UPS until 01/19/2021. So there was no activity on the tracking page for 5 days.
2. The box was finally delivered on 01/22/2021. The products in the box looked used. wrinkled with no tags. I emailed them right away to return the box and cancel my subscription.
3. ThreadBeast.com makes it extremely difficult to cancel a subscription and ThreadBeast.com won't accept returns.
4. Return and refund policy was not communicated to me on the signup page or order confirmation email.
5. ThreadBeast.com does not have links either to a faq page or terms of use page on its home page.
Nothing Premium about their product or service. You are better-off supporting your local thrift stores

"one less trip to the mall" one more trip to the UPS facility farther than the mall

Would have given less stars but being the first review on here I didn't want to discredit them more than necessary. They may be a good company and I was an outlier to customer satisfaction.
Signed up for a subscription clothing service after seeing an ad on Instagram. The draw to order was getting clothing delivered to my door and not going to the mall.
They sent my cloths and requested I pick them up at the UPS facility. The one 40 min round trip that is next to the mall.
I lost it! everything I wanted out of the subscription gone.
Why they couldn't send it to my address, I don't care.
They have a fair return policy and I was able to cancel my subscription and get promise to refund when my package is returned by UPS for not picking it up.
